Job Description

The 8-month programme is holistically designed to bridge the gap between the educational and professional world for new graduates. Blending intensive soft skills classroom training and on-the-job training opportunities, the programme offers practical skills and real-life experiences for participants to build a strong start to their career.

Requirements: 

Degree holder with a CGPA of 2.7 (or equivalent) and above. Hiring departments as per below:

1) Finance (4 pax)

Degree in Accounting & Finance/ACCA

2) Treasury (2 pax)

Degree in Finance/Banking or relevant fields

3) Finance, Tax (1 pax)

Degree in Accounting/Tax

4) Information Technology (3 pax)

Degree in Information Technology and relevant fields

5) Assembly Strategic Business - Finance (1 pax)

Degree in Accounting & Finance/ACCA

6) Safety and Sustainability (1 pax)

Degree in ESH or relevant fields

7) Operational Excellence (2 pax)

Degree in Finance or Digital Marketing

8) Procurement (1 pax)

Degree in Finance or relevant fields

9) Strategy & Business Performance (1 pax)

Degree in Accounting & Finance/ACCA

10) People Experience (1 pax)

Degree in Human Resource/Communications
