
Online Content Specialist (Digital Shelf Operations) - Amsterdam area/ Almere / Hybrid

HG is growing rapidly online, and we are looking for a Digital Content Specialist (E‑commerce) who will strengthen our digital brand presence across key international Ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Bol.com, DIY and grocery retailers.
In this role, you ensure that our product content stands out, convinces, and converts. From content planning and creation to optimisation and deployment, you take expert end‑to‑end ownership of best‑in‑class digital content that supports both the consumer and retailer journey. What you will do
Deploy and maintain product content across marketplaces and website:
titles, bullets, descriptions
images, video, A+ / enhanced content
Manage and optimise content at scale across large product catalogues and multiple EU markets
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of listings across all platforms
Optimise content for:
conversion (CVR)
search visibility (SEO)
ranking and discoverability
Work closely with Performance Marketing to translate keyword and search insights into PDP optimisation
Manage localisation and translation workflows across EU markets
Own content upload processes, templates, and bulk updates (e.g. Excel uploads, platform tools)
Collaborate with Brand/Design teams to adapt content into platform-ready formats
Continuously monitor and improve content performance based on data
You will work at the centre of our "More Online" transformation and play a critical role in accelerating our digital growth. You report directly to the Head of Online and work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing, Amazon Commercial Team and local country teams.
