Student - Human Resources/Talent Acquisition

Primary Purpose of Role: The Talent Acquisition Intern provides support across the recruitment lifecycle for campus staff and student roles. This entry-level position assists with posting jobs, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role is designed to build HR and recruiting skills while contributing to Butler’s hiring efforts.
