Job Description

Permanent (1) and Fixed Term 12 months (2) available - Contribute to and support the icare HBCF team and key stakeholders with enquiries from builders, homeowners and insurance brokers through multi-channel environments. Be the central point of contact for the customer. Collaboratively with customers, internal and external stakeholders, and each other to provide an effective centralised administrative function for Home Building Compensation Scheme.
