Applications Technical Lead

Support and advise the Applications and Onboarding team and leaders on complex technical matters relating to applications for the Dust Diseases Scheme. Lead a team of Applications staff. Mentor and coach staff on complex matters including industrial history, medical background, and current medical information as it pertains to the application process. Support a small caseload as required and demonstrate best practice in the application process. Provide quality assurance and support progress through MAP. Provide education and training, support business improvement processes and provide subject matter expertise on relevant projects. Contribute to or enable detailed reporting and business outcomes for Applications and Onboarding as required.
