Job Description
Team purpose:
Internal Audit is an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity to add value and improve TAKKT group`s operations and functions.
Group Internal Audit assists the Management in the effective exercising of their responsibilities by assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of business controls.
Internal Audit helps the TAKKT group to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management and governance processes.
Tasks:
Support the internal audit mission (preparing & conducting internal audits, write internal audit reports)
Support the divisions in mitigating the buinsess risks by implementiing the agreed upon action plans
Analyse the internal control system and develop corrective actions in cooperation with the divisions
You will learn:
Gaining hands-on experience in conducting audits and reporting findings
Learning how to identify business risks and support risk mitigation strategies
Developing skills in analyzing and improving internal control systems
Your Profile:
Willingness to learn
Good communication and analytical skills
Fluent in German and English
