About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our team in the Aortic Division. In this role, you will provide field support to both customers and other field sales associates within the Utah/Idaho region as well as across the Rocky Mountain Sector . This role will conduct on-site education and consultative support of best in class products used in complex abdominal and throacic aortic therapies. This role involves both elective and emergent clinical support, after hour call support and availability is a requirement. This positon will also participate and support sales activities within the team and we are looking for a highly motivated individual that has a passion for this therapy and an ethical background to support in the best interest of the patient.

 

This role will cover the territory of the Rocky Mountain sector; the candidate must reside in Boise, Idaho, or surrounding areas.

  • Work efficently and cooperatively as part of a team of sales associates within your region
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships
  • Clinically support current and futrue technologies
  • Analyze customer needs and address with impeccible follow up
  • Comply with internal and external practices and procedures
  • Provide superior customer service

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years related experience with/in the nursing, radiation technology, operating room, catheter lab, radiology/cardiology departments or other medical device support roles
  • Strong clinical and technical skills, which includes an understanding of interventional procedures and terminology
  • Demonstrated effective organizational management and planning skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, which include a demonstrated ability to be a team player
  • Current valid driver's license 
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be "on call" as business needs arise
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 50% per month, with the agility to adapt to frequent changes in travel schedules
  • Must reside in the Boise, ID but ability to support Utah team throughout region as well as across Rocky Mountain sector when needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Experience with aortic medical devices 

 

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.  

 

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
