Position: Credibility Assessment Manager
Program: CTPSB (Forensic Program)
Location: Middletown
Salary: $82,000/year
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday
Program Summary:
CENTER FOR TREATMENT OF PROBLEM SEXUAL BEHAVIOR (CTPSB) provides treatment services to individuals with problematic sexual behavior. These treatment services help clients to identify triggers, manage risk factors, learn socially acceptable behaviors, and set positive future goals so they do not reoffend.
Position Summary:
The Credibility Assessment Manager will be part of the CTPSB Leadership Team. The Credibility Assessment Manager is responsible for the operations, staffing, and quality assurance of all credibility assessment services provided by CTPSB.
Working within Adult Services, the Credibility Assessment Manager works with CTPSB program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients in the community.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a mentoring capacity or a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a mentoring capacity.
- Valid driver’s license
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
Orientation:
If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
