Maintenance Technician

Job description:

The Fellowship Family is looking for a qualified maintenance worker capable of preserving the good condition and functionality of our premises. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in keeping the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition at all times, while observing all health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, mudding, and general carpentry etc.)

Skills:

• Experience as maintenance technician.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods a plus.
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of farm equipment repair and maintenance will be a plus.

Requirements:

• Abilities as listed above,
• Must be able to push, pull and lift 50lbs
• Must be able to walk, climb, squat, bend, kneel without assistance, on a consistent basis
• Must be able to pass a Fingerprint Background as well as drug screen

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
