As the main point of contact between customers and the Service Department, you take pride in creating a smooth, positive experience—listening carefully, explaining recommendations clearly, and ensuring every customer feels confident and well cared for. Your background in automotive service advising and your ability to build lasting relationships make you a natural fit for a fast‑paced, growing environment.

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 7 AM – 7 PM.

Service Advisor Qualifications
- 1-3 years of automotive service advising experience
- Experience in CDK is preferred
- A strong work ethic and good work history
- Communication Skills
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
