Primary Responsibilities
•Quality and Efficient Output Production:
•Plan and execute projects with minimal direction, leveraging prior industry knowledge to address new project types.
•Use Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other tools to create customized, effective, and accurate deliverables for clients based on practice team input.
•Leverage benchmark/survey information and business knowledge to identify meaningful trends, competitor insights, and recommendations for client engagements.
•Analyze client organizational structures (e.g., sales/field teams) to standardize and compare roles across companies.
•Utilize and improve automation tools to generate analyses more efficiently.
•Participate in the design and implementation of customized benchmarking surveys using web-based tools.
Ownership of Work:
•Deliver work accurately and consistently within project timelines.
•Demonstrate self-management skills while leveraging peer and manager experience.
•Balance both detailed execution (“in the weeds”) and strategic insights as needed.
•Communicate methods, results, and their implications clearly with minimal oversight.

•Contribute to product development initiatives focused on analytics and benchmarking.
•Identify new ways to integrate technology and analytics into incentive compensation and field operations studies.
