**CA minimum wage as of 01/01/2026 is $16.90/hr & Los Angeles City minimum wage is $17.87/hr **
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers in a friendly manner
- Assist customers with food and drink purchases
- Thank customers for their patronage
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests.
- Maintain a clean work area including sweep and debris within Bar
- Provide insight on Bar trends and identify new processes or food/drink creations
- Ensure we comply with all local, state and federal laws, policies and procedures (including ID Age verification)
- Assist and participate with Company marketing promotional events and programs as needed
Essential Job Duties:
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons
- Assessing bar patrons needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Provide an excellent dining/drinking experience for all patrons
- Restock and replenish bar area supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and health department codes
- Climb ladders to retrieve or place product on top shelves/coolers
- Balancing cash receipts to record sales
- Basic computer program knowledge
- All other job duties assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to test alcoholic drinks for quality and flavor
- Standing for long periods of time to operate the bar and registers as needed
- Mixing drinks and preparing food
- Lift and carry 20+ lbs
- Bus tables and ensure dining area is clear and cleaned consistently
- Maintaining a safe environment, promptly cleaning up any spills or any other unsafe conditions.
Non-essential Job Duties:
- Travel between Sayulita Bars for support if necessary
