Overseeing end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, vendor management, selection, and governance.
Using recruitment data, analytics and market insights to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire outcomes.
Ensuring recruitment practices align with employment legislation, policy and governance requirements, while supporting Evolution’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and local employment outcomes.
Acting as a role model for Evolution’s Values through the way you build relationships, influence stakeholders and lead your team.
