Ensure work fronts are fully prepared with required services, infrastructure and ground support before execution.
Oversee shift execution to ensure alignment with the weekly plan and adjust resources to maintain progress.
Conduct underground inspections to verify readiness, standards compliance and safe operating conditions.
Lead safety across all crews by enforcing procedures, controlling hazards and ensuring ground support and services meet required standards.
Identify and remove operational bottlenecks impacting production and escalate risks when required.
Lead, support and mentor Shift Supervisors, fostering strong leadership capability and performance.
Manage equipment, consumables and services with Maintenance and contractors to maximise equipment availability and readiness.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on performance, risks and required actions, ensuring data integrity in site systems.
Participate in daily performance reviews and planning meetings, contributing to collaborative operational improvement.
