Barista at Starbucks (JFK Airport)

Villa Restaurant Group is hiring Baristas to join our Starbucks team at JFK Airport. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, delivering great customer service, and being part of a strong team, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages to brand standards

• Provide friendly, efficient, and welcoming customer service

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude

• Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $21.25 per hour

• Plus HTA supplemental pay of $5.55 per hour (if eligible)
