Who we are: La Cl�nica de La Raza is a community-based health center committed to providing culturally appropriate, high-quality, and accessible health care to the diverse communities of the San Francisco Bay Area.
**This position is only available to current students from Sonoma State University**
* As an FNP volunteer student, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and be supervised by a licensed medical provider who will provide you, the student, feedback regarding questions and to correct errors when applicable.
* Gain practicum experiences in an FQHC setting that are of critical importance to a successful learning experience in FNP program.
* The practicum setting allows for the synthesis of concepts and the application of didactic learning.
* The FNP student will work closely with a preceptor, learning from licensed provider advice and example. * Through supervision, the FNP student can progressively develop the skills and judgment necessary to become an FNP.
