We’re looking for a Catering Sales Manager who brings energy, accountability, and a results-driven mindset to the table - someone who sees opportunity everywhere and knows how to turn it into revenue.
In this role, you will drive revenue growth and cultivate meaningful client relationships across the catering and events landscape. You’ll play a critical role in positioning our properties as the premier destination for meetings, social events, and celebrations.
Success in this role requires a strategic sales mindset, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to execute with precision. You’ll partner closely with Culinary, Events, and Operations teams to ensure every experience not only meets expectations - but consistently exceeds them.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals while expanding the overall client base
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, site tours, proposal development, contract negotiation, and event handoff
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Culinary, Events, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
- Conduct market research to identify trends, anticipate client needs, and uncover new revenue opportunities
- Prepare and present customized proposals and contracts that align with client expectations and operational capabilities
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and regular updates to leadership
- Represent the properties at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements to enhance visibility and drive business
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions, adjusting strategies to maintain a strong competitive position
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, brand standards, and industry regulations

Experience
- 2–3 years of catering sales, hotel sales, or related hospitality sales experience
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build, grow, and retain strong client relationships that drive repeat business
