and meet the technical requirements for printing, including checking for resolution, color profiles, file formats, and font issues.
• File Preparation: Manage the preparation of artwork and digital files for corrugated packaging
products, ensuring that files are correctly formatted and ready for production.
• Standardize Workflows: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for prepress
workflows to improve consistency and reduce errors across all plants.
• Maintain Version Control: Ensure that correct and updated versions of artwork are used in production runs to avoid errors or reprints.

3. Coordination with Production & Design Teams:

• Liaison with Designers and Production Managers: Act as the key point of contact between design
teams, pre-press departments, and production managers to ensure that designs are feasible for
manufacturing and that production timelines are met.
• Collaborate with Production Teams: Ensure designs are optimized for the corrugating, printing,

workflow and collaborate with other departments to implement improvements, reduce waste, and
enhance production efficiency.

ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated properly.
• Technology Upgrades: Stay updated on the latest industry software, technology, and trends in
pre-press and packaging design to ensure that the plant uses the most efficient and effective
tools.

6. Production Scheduling & Workflow Management:
• Monitor Production Schedules: Coordinate the pre-press production schedule to ensure that
artwork is prepared and approved on time, meeting deadlines for the production floor.
• Prioritize Projects: Prioritize pre-press work based on customer demands, production schedules,
and complexity of the artwork or packaging design.
• Manage Workflow: Oversee the workflow of pre-press tasks to ensure smooth transitions
between design, pre-press, and production teams, minimizing downtime and bottlenecks.

7. Customer & Vendor Relations:
• Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to ensure the pre-press designs meet
their specifications and provide solutions to any design or artwork-related issues.
• Vendor Liaison: Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., graphic design agencies, software vendors) to ensure that all materials and resources needed for pre-press are available and up to standard.

8. Reporting & Documentation:
• Pre-Press Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of all pre-press processes, including artwork approvals, changes, and any issues encountered during the preparation stages.• Reporting to Senior Management: Provide regular updates to senior management about prepress
