Director of Resident Experience

Las Ventanas is seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic Director of Resident Experience. The Director is responsible for executing a strategic plan that positions Las Ventanas as the ultimate destination and life plan community for senior adults; ensure resident care interventions meet the personal, physical, and cognitive needs of each resident; and maximize resident independence, choice, and opportunity for social interaction. In addition to being a champion for the community, they must be a compelling storyteller, a gifted organizer, a trusted partner, and the community’s biggest advocate. The incumbent would be responsible for the overall management of the department while providing quality care and services to all residents. Full-Time, Exempt. $80,000-$90,000 DOE.
