Job Description
[What the role is]
The incumbent will be part of the Finance team involved in the full spectrum of procurement function, including performing business process reengineering.[What you will be working on]
- Review and incorporate revision to WOG procurement updates to internal guidelines
- Evaluate procurement requests
- Identify and propose process improvements
- Support system enhancement
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
[What we are looking for]
- Knowledge of Government Instruction Manual on Procurement preferred
- Some financial knowledge will be required
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and stakeholder management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Analytical, resourceful, proactive and results-oriented team player with strong customer focus
- Positive attitude towards continuous learning
