Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager, Finance – 12 Months Contract

[What the role is]

The incumbent will be part of the Finance team involved in the full spectrum of procurement function, including performing business process reengineering.

[What you will be working on]

• Review and incorporate revision to WOG procurement updates to internal guidelines
• Evaluate procurement requests
• Identify and propose process improvements
• Support system enhancement
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned

[What we are looking for]

• Knowledge of Government Instruction Manual on Procurement preferred
• Some financial knowledge will be required
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and stakeholder management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Analytical, resourceful, proactive and results-oriented team player with strong customer focus
• Positive attitude towards continuous learning
