Job Description
Responsibilities:
Action - as the first point of contact for the Envipco customer for any questions/technical problems
Independently conducting analysis for solving problems by phone and/or remote assistance
Performing on-site and remote fixes for down systems, executing preventive maintenance, and assisting in the training of customers or other in-house technicians
Make pre-site visits to new customers, making sure they are well prepared for the installation of RVM machines.
Working with development and QA teams to replicate and characterize reported issues, supporting continuous improvement of our devices
Collecting direct feedback from customers for future improvements/improvements to our devices
