Mgr Quality Engineering I

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading engineering and quality activities within an automotive manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on compliance, product quality, and continuous improvement. This role requires a minimum of five years of automotive experience, including leadership of Quality Engineers and direct involvement in an automotive assembly plant. The Engineering Manager applies AIAG Core Tools across all stages of product and process development and ensures adherence to ISO and IATF 16949 requirements. Working closely with manufacturing, engineering, and government stakeholders, the role supports reliable, compliant, and mission-ready product delivery.
