Senior Material Planner

This position is to ensure parts required to support production at manufacturing facilities are delivered on time by ensuring vendors ship the correct parts to the correct place in time for production line requirements without overstock conditions. This position will also ensure on time material deliveries as well as being the main contact for all material concerns for vendors and departments within AMG, maintain material master data as needed for material, and prepare for issuance of material releases. Additionally, the position will evaluate production line shortages and assist in expedite needs, mitigate receiving issues, defective material, and engineering changes, and maintain leadership inventory goals.
