Your tasks:
- Concept Development: Collaborate with Copywriters and our Head of Creative to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Design Execution: Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs for digital and print mediums, including social media assets, email campaigns, flyers, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and marketing channels.
- Performance Optimisation: Utilise performance data, analytics and learnings provided by our marketing stakeholders to refine designs, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Content Teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and messaging.
- Asset Management: Organise and manage design assets and templates, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
You bring to Lingoda
- You have 3+ years experience in brand or marketing design, preferably within a fast-paced or agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- You are not afraid of ambiguity. Creating something from nothing is a creative thrill, not a burden.
- You have experience with print and digital mediums
- You’re fluent in staple tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustration, Indesign, PowerPoint, Keynote and Figma. Bonus points for Premiere or After Effects.
- You will be able to combine creative expertise with customer centric thinking.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for creative problem-solving and adaptability.
- You are a highly motivated candidate.
