Description
Your tasks:
- Leading the development and implementation of educational programs across various professional groups, with the primary focus on the hospitality industry, facility management, contract catering, as well as the delivery and courier services sector.
- Identifying optimization potential within processes and compliance.
- Coaching junior and mid-level Business Development Managers in documentation and partner management.
- Advising leadership on funding, accreditation, and quality strategies.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with government authorities, funding institutions, and partners.
- Actively targeting B2B clients for the implementation of developed educational programs.
- Ensuring scalability and audit readiness.
- Representing Lingoda in external expert discussions and industry panels regarding educational programs.
You bring to Lingoda:
- A business or administrative degree or comparable qualification, such as vocational training in relevant fields.
- 4+ years of professional experience in business development, partnership, or project management roles, ideally within the education, hospitality, or gastronomy sectors.
- Proven experience working with regulatory frameworks (e.g., AZAV, BAMF), hands on experience with audits, inspections, or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
- Strong track record in successfully leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous or changing contexts
- Proven internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills, and ability to develop and execute effective strategies to manage diverse stakeholder networks.
- A structured, independent, and efficient work style with strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Proficiency with CRM tools is a plus
- Fluency in both English and German is required.
