Production Supervisor

You will ensure plant operations are performed safely and responsibly, maintaining full compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies This role will be conducted in a dry ice facility Schedule and coordinate dry ice production to meet customer demand, maintain adequate stock levels and monitor raw material deliveries Maintain the facility’s professional appearance, image, and security, while providing job training, supporting employee career development, and supervising personnel fairly to promote motivation and empowerment You will drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and improve overall operational efficiency Manage day-to-day employee activities, conduct thorough accident/incident investigations, and complete all required reports with accuracy and detail Support the efficient distribution of productswhile maintainning professional interactions with internal and external customers Respond to emergency calls, conduct monthly safety meetings, assist with SOP implementation, and monitor the proper usage of plant assets
