Job Description
The essence of the position:
To provide IT services and operate IT applications of ITD GBS in accordance with the IT strategy, the quality and conditions of the IT Services Catalogue for SAP ERP and other business and technology applications. Providing professional support for colleagues within his/her area.

Responsibilities:
Participates in development and execution of methodology, connected improvement plans and operational guidelines within his/her professional area.
Operates IT applications in the area of expertise and ensures professional support for users, handles and resolves incidents, problems and change requests in the area of expertise and makes suggestions for improvements to the related processes.
Actively participates in creating the operational standards affecting applications in his/her area, in handover process of new developments, and also in the phase-out of obsolete IT solutions and processes.
Represents his/her professional area in future projects preparation and delivery stages. Via decision preparation activities and professional decisions, he/she contributes to successful and efficient project delivery, executes the professional project tasks within his/her area.
Develop and document the IT implementation tasks resulting from upgrades and modifications, their professional control and cost-effective implementation. Coordinates and professionally manages the standardisation of operations, asset lifecycle tracking, consolidation and management in his/her area of expertise.
Operates and knows on a full scale the hardware and software components of IT solutions used by MOL. Owns solid knowledge about qualitative and quantitative parameters, capacity, features, potential, license and development possibilities of systems, operating in his/her area.
Participate in the competitive tendering process, professional selection and definition of the terms of cooperation with external partners supplying/developing/supporting applications.
In case of IT emergencies, ensures the primary importance for business continuity in the area, the professional control of the preparedness for such emergencies, the updating of disaster recovery plans and security procedures.
Contribute to ensuring a good partnership with the relevant MOL Group organisations, including related co-operations.
Requirements:
- University/college degree in Economics / IT / Engineering
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience - functional and configuration and implementation experience of SAP CO (CO-OM; CO-PA; CO-PC, PCA) modules
- Knowledge of SAP IM/PS module and/orS/4 HANA or IT Business anlyst experiences in relation to SAP Controlling module is an advantage
- Thorough track record of customizing of the system incl. CO integration points with other core SAP modules
- Structural thinking and analysis approach with strong customer and technical focus
- Self-dependence, results orientation attitude, effective time mgmt. and ability to multitask
- Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Hungarian
