Operational Controlling Manager

Main responsibilities : The Operational Controlling Manager is responsible for implementing management procedures and tools. He/she prepares budget forecasts and carries out analytical monitoring through reporting, which he/she shares with management to support decision-making. His/her main tasks are : Coordinate budget preparation with stakeholders; Ensure costing by activity; Set up dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs), and procedures to check that the structure is operating in line with its objectives; Provide regular reports on the structure's activity (support activity, Mine, Plant, etc.), enabling performance to be monitored, resources to be optimized, and operational development objectives to be set; Analyze existing discrepancies between forecast and actual objectives, highlight areas of concern and recommend corrective action; Provide advice to management or management control workgroups on day-to-day operations; Provide technical responses to external teams (CAC, Audit)
