Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving shipments, fulfilling orders, picking & packing, RF scanning, movement of loads, and maintaining organized inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments in an accurate and organized manner
- Pull, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Verify order accuracy to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and report damage, defective, or incorrect items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2+ years of experience working within a warehouse environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Range: $18-$20 (based on experience and qualifications)
