Position: Commercial Excellence Executive
Job Purpose
Support the Head of Commercial Excellence (SEAT) in driving the company’s commercial excellence agenda. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing key commercial excellence initiatives across SEAT or broader markets as required, ensuring effective delivery of strategies that enhance category performance and commercial capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive category performance across channels by providing actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting execution excellence in the field.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Category, and Commercial Excellence teams to translate category strategies into effective in-market execution, ensuring optimal assortment, distribution, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
- Act as a critical link between data, systems, and commercial teams, ensuring effective utilization of platforms such as Salesforce to enhance in-store execution and drive category growth.
- Support category planning cycles, including cycle setup, target setting, and performance tracking, in partnership with sales leadership.
- Contribute to capability building within the commercial organization by supporting training initiatives, driving tool adoption, and promoting continuous improvement in category management and sales processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, General Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
