AQUATICS CLIPPERS SWIM COACH

The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is looking for candidates who are able to be available for all scheduled practices and meets for our year-round swim program. Applicants will be required to complete various training to qualify under USA Swimming. Previous experience in swimming/coaching is desired, as well as confident communication skills for dealing with both swimmers and parents.  We expect our coaches to enjoy children and to be able to develop productive practice plans that enhance the swimmers' skills while still creating a safe and fun atmosphere in which to be competitive.    The starting pay rate for this position is $21.00 an hour.      Due to the volume of applications received, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
