Overview We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation & Lifecycle expert who can lead both strategy and execution for our clients, while serving as a trusted advisor on customer engagement best practices. Responsibilities Own the setup, execution, maintenance, and optimization of marketing automation programs within Braze. Build and manage sophisticated customer journeys, canvases, triggered campaigns, recurring programs, and transactional communications. Configure audience segmentation, event-based triggers, personalization, Liquid logic, catalogs, and dynamic content. Design and implement cross-channel customer experiences across Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messages, Content Cards, SMS, WhatsApp, Web and other channels. Partner with client product, data, and development teams to define tracking requirements and enable advanced lifecycle programs. Ensure data flows, event architecture, attributes, and campaign configurations support scalable customer engagement initiatives. Support onboarding of new clients, implementation planning, solution design, and operational excellence. Qualifications 2 + years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Engagement. Minimum 2 years of hands-on Braze experience building and managing campaigns, journeys, and customer engagement programs. Proven experience designing and executing customer journeys and lifecycle programs. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, event-triggered communications, and retention marketing. Experience working directly with clients and managing multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business objectives into technical marketing solutions. Excellent English communication skills.
