
Client Solutions Manager - Luxury Goods - Global Business Solutions
Job Description
The Client Solutions team is responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Business Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. Working with the top agencies and brands from the luxury ecosystem in Italy and abroad, managing their interests at global level to educate and inform about the exciting evolution of TikTok.
- Act as the strategic bridge between our platform and our partners, moving beyond simple account management to become a trusted business advisor.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to analyze complex metrics and unique platform data, translating them into compelling narratives that maximize ROI.
- Proactively monitoring campaign performance and aligning platform solutions with client marketing initiatives, exceeding expectations and secure future investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Excellence: build and strengthen client and agency partnerships across global stakeholders to drive shared business goals and long-term growth, partnering with Brand Partnerships Manager.
- Campaign Execution: lead full-funnel marketing campaign strategy and own execution, including planning, measurement solutions, reporting (QBR), and performance optimization.
- Product Go-to-Market & Adoption: serve as a trusted product consultant, educating partners on TikTok solutions, new features, and best practices, driving the adoption of our products, best practices while working with product teams to troubleshoot technical issues and guide platform strategy.
- Strategic Insights, Data Analysis & Optimization: deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations through QBRs and executive updates to drive continuous improvement and client impact, demonstrating deep analytical expertise.
- XFN Collaboration: work cross-functionally with Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance performance and influence product adoption and innovation.
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Previous experience as Account Manager, Client Solutions Manager, Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager in Brand, agencies, media and tech companies.
- Demonstrated experience of full funnel digital marketing and measurement
- Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape, with hands-on experience in digital and programmatic sales.
- Knowledge and understanding of tracking (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP), attribution (MMM, MTA) and measurement (BLS, CLS, ULS)
- Background in performance advertising, managing complex and scaling challenges
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
- Fluent in Italian and English. High written and oral proficiency in Italian is required as this role will work with regional clients
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Knowledge of self-serve advertising platforms, auction dynamics, and biddable media buying.
- Results oriented with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
