Advanced Manufacturing Operator Level I

We are actively hiring for the position of Advanced Manufacturing Operator for our plant in Arlington, TX.

Pay: $23 - $27
 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate state-of-the-art, automated printing equipment with keen attention to detail and quality.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal output.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging growing expertise.
• Actively participate in the 12-Level Employee Development Program, continuously expanding skills and knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Champion a culture of innovation, contributing ideas and solutions that enhance the factory of the future.

Qualification

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be proactive in completing other duties as assigned.
• 2+ years of experience operating advanced, automated production equipment or similar high-tech systems preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; relevant job experience may also be considered.
