We’re Hiring: Dental Assistant (Part-Time) – Hespeler Road Dental – Cambridge, ON Located in the heart of Cambridge, Hespeler Road Dental is a modern, patient-focused clinic serving a growing and vibrant community. A modern, well-equipped clinic with a strong focus on patient care and experience A diverse and growing patient base that values quality and consistency A collaborative environment with aligned clinical and administrative teams Access to a growing network of clinics for additional clinical opportunities What the Role Looks Like Part-time position Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays Located in Cambridge, ON Compensation: $23–$28/hour What You’ll Be Doing Assist the dentist chairside, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories in line with IPAC protocols Support a variety of procedures including implants, extractions, bone grafts, and root canals Take X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Support front desk coordination as needed, including scheduling and patient communication Contribute to a positive, organized, and patient-focused clinic environment What You Bring 1+ year of Dental Assisting experience (preferred) HARP and CPR certification Strong communication skills—you’re confident, clear, and patient-focused Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a busy clinic A team-first mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Comfort with dental software and digital workflows Nice to have: Experience with iTero scanning IPAC and WHMIS certification You’re also someone who: Brings a calm, professional, and positive presence to the clinic Takes pride in delivering a great patient experience, not just great clinical support Thrives in an environment that values both efficiency and attention to detail A Bit More About Us Hespeler Road Dental is proud to be part of Passion Dental Group—a fast-growing network of dental clinics across Ontario built on the belief that great dentistry starts with great people.
