Location: Barcelona, Spain
Join our team and become an integral part of our Customer Experience department, where you'll provide essential support and gradually take on greater responsibilities. With a focus on order management, logistics, and supply chain activities, you'll collaborate closely with diverse customers and internal teams while gaining exposure to end-to-end Customer Experience processes.

Your key responsibilities:
- Provide support and work closely with the Customer Experience team, gradually assuming tasks of increasing responsibility.
- Perform activities linked to order management, planning, logistics, and supply chain.
- Liaise with customers and collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Planning, and Logistics.
- Support the end-to-end customer order process, including order entry, order tracking, and documentation follow-up.
- Assist in monitoring order status and proactively communicate updates to internal stakeholders and customers when needed.
- Help handle customer inquiries and support the team in resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, or documentation. Contribute to identifying potential issues in the order fulfillment process and support in implementing solutions.
- Assist in analyzing recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of reports and dashboards (KPIs), helping track service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team discussions to understand customer needs and contribute to sharing the “voice of the customer” internally.

You bring:
- Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced level of English.
- Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Interest in customer experience, supply chain, and logistics processes.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is a plus.
