We’re looking for Class A (Master) and Class B Technicians who take pride in their work, enjoy problem-solving, and want to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, integrity, and continuous growth.
What You’ll Do
Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards
Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns across mechanical and electrical systems
Complete repairs including engine, drivability, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems based on skill level
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work and customer safety
Accurately document repairs, test procedures, and time using company systems
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring customer vehicles are treated with care
Follow all safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
Stay up to date with Subaru technical training and bulletins
Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Automotive repair experience:
Class B: 3–5 years
Class A / Master: 5+ years
ASE certifications required:
Class B: Minimum of 3 ASE certifications
Class A: 6+ ASE certifications or ASE Master Technician status
Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle issues with minimal to no supervision (based on level)
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
Must provide own tools
Ability to meet productivity and efficiency standards
Preferred Qualifications
Subaru or import experience
Manufacturer certifications
Experience with drivability and advanced diagnostics
ASE Master Technician certification (or actively working toward it)
