Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manages employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and overall administration.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintains and updates employee records pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Processes billings, reimbursements, and government-mandated benefits such as sickness and maternity claims including monthly mandatory remittances
- Responds to employee inquiries and resolves concerns regarding compensation and benefits.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Relevant work experience in human resources, specifically in compensation & benefits.
- Understanding of labor laws and and compliance issues related to compensation and benefits.
- Experience in processing billings, reimbursements, and government claims (e.g., sickness and maternity benefits).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, Data analysis using excel is crucial.
- Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling employee concerns and coordinating with external partners.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
