The team you’ll join:
You’ll join Repsol Renewables’ Structured Finance team, a key function supporting the growth of an international portfolio of assets through the execution of project and structured finance transactions. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you’ll help deliver financing solutions, engage with financial institutions, and contribute to complex, high-value deals across different jurisdictions.
Role Responsibilities:
Delivers effective, value-driven financing solutions for the Repsol Renewables portfolio by executing project and structured finance transactions that align with asset risk profiles and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include financial structuring, base-case financial modeling, engaging with financial institutions, preparing term sheets, and coordinating technical, insurance, legal, and model audit due diligence with lenders.
The team manages negotiation and execution of project-related contracts, senior debt and guarantees, interest rate hedging (IRS), issuance and replacement of guarantees, fulfillment of conditions precedent for drawdowns, and ongoing monitoring of contracts, covenants, waivers, and administration of dividend distributions.
Monitors structured debt, contractual obligations, and covenant compliance, amendments, and waivers to maintain financial flexibility.
Develops and maintains relationships with financial institutions to ensure ongoing access to capital and efficient execution across different jurisdictions.
