Job Summary
To support the department’s daily operations. Duties include developing projects to meet marketing goals, create media campaigns, and promote products and events.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver the marketing activity plan in a support capacity in conjunction with the Sr. Marketing Manager
- Provide administrative and co-ordination support across a variety of marketing initiatives including raising of POs
- Maintain high standards in customer service to relevant stakeholders at all times reacting appropriately to all enquiries
- Maintain relationships with various suppliers to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements, giveaways or printed literature
- Coordinate with Graphic Designer for artwork and design elements
- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing and advertising; maintaining research databases
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing sales data
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
Candidate Requirements
- 1-3 years marketing or sales experience in F&B sector
- Ability to learn the requirements of marketing or selling technical, performance-based products
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good interpersonal and networking skills
- Should be an excellent problem-solver with strong analytical abilities
- Must be self-starter who is committed to success for the long term
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
