What you will be doing...
Delivering O2C activities in line with service level agreements, managing tickets and queries to ensure timely, high-quality resolution
Supporting month-end processes through reconciliations and reporting to enable accurate financial close
Investigating and resolving variances, working with internal teams and external partners to reach effective outcomes
Monitoring and clearing unallocated receipts and balances to maintain accurate financial records
Preparing payment files efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
Contributing to team KPIs with a proactive, performance-focused approach
Building strong cross-functional relationships that foster trust, collaboration, and a sense of belonging
Providing excellent customer and stakeholder service, adding value in every interaction
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
About you...
Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
Experience in high-volume transactional finance, ideally within a Shared Services environment
Confident working to strict financial controls and deadlines
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
A passion for delivering first-class customer service
Well-organised with excellent planning and time management skills
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information
Self-motivated with a positive, proactive outlook
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage change effectively
Ambitious and keen to develop your finance career, ideally with an interest in studying towards a professional qualification
