Associate Responsibilities •    Perform daily manufacturing operations as required, to include:o    Sewing, repair, cutting, inspect, packing and shipping of products•    Maintain satisfactory quality and production goals and attendance.•    Visually inspect material during the sewing process to identify defects.•    Adhere to all policies and procedures established by the Company.•    Troubleshoot basic machinery problems and request service or repairs as needed.•    Demonstrate and encourage safe work practices at all times.•    Work overtime when necessary. Required Education •    High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Required Skills & Experience •    Basic math and reading skills.•    Excellent attention to detail.•    Knowledge of sewing operations and ability to perform sewing operations preferred Physical Requirements and Working Conditions •    Strength: Light – Frequently; Medium - Occasionally•    Movement: Reaching, Handling, Finger Dexterity, Feeling•    Vision:•    Equipment Used:  Office Equipment, Hand Tools, Power Tools•    Hazard: Proximity•    This position has an On-Site location: Associate will work on-site for all work-related activities.•    Carhartt is a tobacco free workplace.
