We are seeking a Program Support Specialist 1 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.
Responsibilities
The Program Support Specialist will support day-to-day project coordination, administrative tracking, and field support activities for SES. Responsibilities may include assisting with material tracking, delivery coordination, project documentation, site access/orientation coordination, manpower support tracking, communication with field teams, and general project support needs. This person should be organized, comfortable coordinating between office and field teams, and able to help keep project information, deliveries, and action items moving.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including welcoming employees, visitors and partners with a professional and positive manner
- Manage scheduling, calendars and meeting rooms reservations
- Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance companies to keep office clean and ensure appliances and amenities are in good working order
- Order, monitor and maintain office supply inventory – including purchasing and invoicing
- Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and courier coming through the reception area
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, training, and employee team building activities
- Assist staff with organizing travel and accommodation when needed
- Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms
- Manage office communication via emails, teams chats and in person
- Ensure office is clean, tidy and in good order, including lobby and badging area.
- Work and collaborate with other Program Support Specialists, Logistics, IT and Procurement teams.
- Work and collaborate with management, engineering and other teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement, shipment and receiving of equipment and materials.
- Work and collaborate with Program Management personnel on matters of business and contractual nature, such as preparation and monitoring of project deliverables and contractual documentation, preparation and monitoring and project reporting.
- Prepare, track, and file documentation for employee permits, security, certification, access, and travel requests.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience or
- 4+ with an Associate's degree or
- 0+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing.
- Must have strong multitasking skills.
- Must have strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, interaction with customer portals.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite; knowledge of MS SharePoint.

Pay Range
USD $58,720.00 - USD $88,080.00 /Yr.
