
Supply Chain Operations Supervisor - TS/SCI - South Korea

Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and supporting the smooth flow of materials across warehouse and classified facility operations and maintenance.
The Supply Chain Operations Supervisor supports a large, classified facility operations and maintenance program and staff by managing its supply chain to include tracking shipping activity, coordinating material staging, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality control for receiving and put-away. The facility location is on Camp Humphreys in South Korea.
- Manage and maintain adequate stock levels of $6+ Million bench stock repair parts and materials.
- Receive, store and distribute secure supply chain shipments in accordance with ICD-705 requirements
- Track and analyze daily shipping requests and identify delays or issues.
- Stage equipment and materials from the warehouse to the supported classified facility based on pull demand.
- Monitor receiving and shipping productivity and maintain related performance reports.
- Perform quality checks on incoming materials and oversee accurate put-away.
- Support problem solving and process improvement through reporting and data analysis.
- Supervise a staff of 1 or more supply chain specialists / warehouse clerks
- Manage property in a DCMA approved government property system.
Qualifications
- HS diploma and 10+ year of demonstrated experience and design build materials and equipment, inventory management, Warehouse and Logistics Service Center processes and procedures.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ability to obtain & maintain a Top-Secret/SCI Clearance.
- Must have demonstrated experience and proficiency with advanced level MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent reporting and tracking skills, along with a consistent record of accomplishment of accuracy, high productivity, professional level work ethic, and strict compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred.
- Experience with Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System considered a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
