Our client is a globally recognized industrial group specializing in precision solutions for continuous industrial processes, with expertise in dosing, filtration, mixing, and kneading technologies. With more than 150 years of industrial heritage and an international footprint across more than 140 countries, the company supports leading players in the cement, mining, fertilizers, hydrometallurgy, and chemical industries.

As part of its strategic expansion in Southeast Asia, the group is strengthening its regional commercial presence to support the growing demand within the cement and process industries. With an established Asia hub in Malaysia and a strong network of customers and agents throughout the region, the company is now looking to accelerate its business development activities across Southeast Asia.

This role offers the opportunity to join a technically driven international organization and contribute directly to the company’s regional growth strategy by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic projects across Southeast Asia.

Missions

The Regional Sales Manager SEA will play a key role in supporting the company’s commercial expansion and market development across Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on the cement and process industries.

Working with a high level of autonomy and proactivity, you will identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with industrial customers, distributors, EPC contractors, and partners across the region.

With a results-oriented mindset, you will implement targeted commercial strategies to increase sales performance, strengthen the company’s market presence, and support long-term regional growth objectives.

By understanding customers’ operational challenges and market dynamics, you will build and maintain trusted long-term relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal preparation, commercial negotiation, contract discussions, and order follow-up, while ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial policies and international trade practices.

You will also support and coordinate local agents and partners across assigned territories, ensuring proper market coverage, customer follow-up, and business development activities.

Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industrial developments across Southeast Asia, you will identify new opportunities and contribute actively to the company’s regional expansion strategy.

Representing the company externally, you will participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, industry events, and trade exhibitions to strengthen the company’s visibility and expand its professional network across the region.

Finally, you will ensure structured reporting of commercial activities, maintain accurate CRM updates and forecasting, and provide market insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

Profile

You hold a Degree in Business, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field, providing a strong foundation to operate within technical and industrial environments. Experience or exposure to the cement industry or process equipment sector would be a strong advantage.

You bring around at least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years within the client’s industry in business development, technical sales, or market expansion within industrial sectors, ideally across Southeast Asia. Experience in the cement industry, process equipment, mining, chemicals, or related heavy industrial environments would be highly appreciated.

You have demonstrated the ability to develop new markets, build strong commercial relationships, and manage complex sales cycles within an international and multicultural environment.

You are commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills enabling you to engage effectively with industrial customers, distributors, agents, and EPC stakeholders across the region.

You are comfortable managing both strategic discussions and operational follow-up, including commercial proposals, contract negotiations, forecasting, CRM reporting, and customer development activities.

You are fluent in English. Mandarin would be considered a strong advantage, particularly to support interactions within the regional industrial ecosystem.

You are based in Southeast Asia and requiring approximately 50% travel across the region.
