Overview Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Support Support the Store Leader in motivating, developing, and inspiring the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Lead by example on the shop floor, demonstrating premium service standards and coaching others to do the same. Assist with onboarding, ongoing training, and performance conversations to support team capability and confidence. Customer Experience Champion Dyson’s high customerservice standards, ensuring every visitor receives a premium, personalised experience aligned with Kildare expectations. Step in to resolve customer queries and escalations with professionalism and confidence. Recognise opportunities to elevate service for international visitors, VIP guests, and customers with limited time. Operational Excellence Support the Store Leader in overseeing daily store operations, including rotas, compliance, store standards, and reporting. Maintain exceptional visual presentation, upholding the high aesthetic standards expected within Dyson. Assist in managing inventory levels accurately, anticipating fluctuations driven by tourism and hightraffic periods. Sales & Commercial Performance Help drive the store’s commercial success through strong product demonstrations and coaching the team on sales techniques. Understand and interpret store KPIs, using data insights to support team performance and identify opportunities. Support the execution of promotional activities and villagewide retail initiatives. Partnership & Collaboration Build effective working relationships with the Dyson Retail Team, Visual Merchandising, and Kildare partners. Represent Dyson professionally within the wider Village retail community.
