Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is a creative and organized multi-channel marketer responsible for executing FMI's external and internal marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role owns organic social media, podcast production, event coordination, promotional campaigns for wellness and supplements, testimonial capture, and CRM lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a consistent, on-brand voice across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organic Social Media Creation & Scheduling
- Utilize Canva to produce high-performing, brand-aligned visual assets, reusable templates, and short-form video elements that maintain strict brand consistency.
- Monitor competitor social presence and health industry trends to identify content gaps and ideate relevant, high-value post topics.
- Manage the content calendar using Plann, visually mapping out feed aesthetics and scheduling multi-channel posts to publish at optimal engagement times.
- Leverage scheduling tool features to manage pre-saved hashtag banks, draft engaging captions, and maximize organic discoverability.
2. Podcast Management
- Oversee all aspects of FMI's podcast, including scheduling guests, coordinating production, and managing episode publishing and distribution.
- Collaborate with providers, leadership, and external guests to develop compelling episode topics aligned with FMI's brand and patient education goals.
- Monitor podcast performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Marketing Director with recommendations for growth.
- Repurpose podcast content across social media, email, and the FMI website to maximize reach.
3. Internal & External Event Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all FMI internal provider speaking engagement events.
- Manage external events such as community health fairs, partner events, speaking engagements, and patient education seminars.
- Handle all logistics including venue, vendors, promotional materials, registration, and post-event follow-up.
- Track event ROI and report outcomes to the Marketing Director.
4. Wellness & Supplement Promotions
- Develop and execute internal and external promotional campaigns for FMI's wellness services and supplement lines.
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to align promotions with inventory levels, seasonal trends, and patient demand.
- Create campaign assets including email content, social posts, in-clinic signage, and digital ads in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
5. Testimonial Capture & Social Proof
- Build and manage a systematic process for capturing patient testimonials across video, written, and photo formats.
- Coordinate with clinical and front desk teams to identify satisfied patients and facilitate the testimonial process in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
- Organize and maintain a testimonial library for use across marketing channels including the website, social media, email, and print.
- Develop case study content in partnership with providers to highlight patient transformation stories.
6. CRM Lifecycle Marketing
- Own the patient lifecycle marketing strategy within FMI's CRM platform, including lead nurturing, onboarding sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and retention workflows.
- Build and manage automated email and SMS campaigns tailored to different patient segments and stages of the patient journey.
- Monitor CRM data, list health, and campaign performance to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the operations and clinical teams to ensure CRM communications align with the patient experience on the ground.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated experience managing multiple campaigns or channels simultaneously.
- Experience with Canva and social media asset creation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines across concurrent initiatives.
- Experience with CRM platforms and email/SMS marketing automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for brand consistency.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and leadership teams.
- Experience coordinating events from concept through execution.
Preferred:
- Background in healthcare, wellness, or functional/integrative medicine marketing.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
- Proficiency with tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar CRM/email platforms.
- Experience marketing supplements, nutraceuticals, or specialty health services.
