Role Description
We are looking for a driven sales executive with a track record of closing new business. The ideal candidate will have experience selling AI-powered technology solutions that help transform how customers engage, grow, and compete. If you're excited by the opportunity to bring cutting-edge AI and automation capabilities to new accounts and help businesses unlock the full potential of intelligent marketing, this role is for you.
You will be working with a variety of customers in the SMB space.
Your Impact
Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts through AI-led solutions.
Position Salesforce's AI capabilities — including Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud's predictive and generative tools — to help customers modernise their marketing and drive measurable ROI.
Handle strategic accounts and relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on how AI can transform customer engagement strategies.
Drive pipeline development through a combination of outbound prospecting, targeted email campaigns, and deep market intelligence, alongside the Business Development Manager.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within designated market sector(s).
Engage with prospect organisations to articulate the business value of AI-powered marketing through strategic, value-based selling, ROI analysis, case studies, and analyst insights.
Own the end-to-end sales process, engaging the right resources — Core Sales, AI Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners — to deliver compelling AI transformation narratives.
Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in salesforce.com daily.
Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and revenue performance.
Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement, face-to-face meetings, and ongoing education on Salesforce's evolving AI roadmap.
Basic Requirements
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills — with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business value
Demonstrated track record of achievement against targets and metrics
Credibility internally and with customers, particularly in conversations around technology transformation and AI adoption
Strong sales forecasting abilities and consistent revenue achievement
Successful history of net new business acquisition and existing account upsell
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI innovation and its practical applications in marketing and customer engagement
Experience evaluated based on alignment to core competencies (e.g. extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
