*Location Notice: AgriBank is currently headquartered in downtown St. Paul. Please be aware that we will be relocating to Richfield, MN in September 2026. Position Overview As a key member of the Enterprise Risk Management Team, you will be part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world. The Project Manager is responsible for driving the execution, coordination, and control of a project from start to finish ensuring it delivers on time, within scope, on budget and with clear accountability. This role partners across business and technology teams to ensure projects are effectively governed and aligned to organizational goals. The Project Manager serves as a key facilitator in navigating cross-functional initiatives, mitigating risks, managing stakeholder expectations and driving successful outcomes through effective planning, communication, and execution. Job Functions Project Management Develops, maintains, and manages comprehensive project plans to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives Defines project milestones, timelines, and dependencies while proactively adjusting plans based on changing business needs or project impacts Develops and executes communication plans that provide clear, consistent, and timely updates to project stakeholders, leadership, and impacted business areas Partners with project teams to identify and source needed project resources Maintains project governance and accountability practices to support effective decision-making, transparency, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle Leads the day-to-day execution of assigned project(s) including coordination across roles (sponsor, product owners, and analysts) Identifies and tracks risks and dependencies and escalates issues when needed to ensure resolution Monitors resource management to proactively identify and resolve issues Facilitates project meetings, decision-making discussions, status reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive accountability and ensure timely progress against deliverables Prepares and delivers project report updates for leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency regarding progress, priorities, risks, and upcoming activities Provides communication, coordination, direction, and oversight to project team members Thoroughly analyzes defects, project issues, and feedback to make enhancements to current and future projects Partners in Building AgriBank’s Project Management Function Act as a thought partner and collaborator with the PMO Manager and PMO team to support the continued evolution, maturity, and effectiveness of AgriBank’s project management function Contributes to the development and enhancement of project management methodologies, governance standards, templates, reporting practices and operational processes to drive consistency and accountability across initiatives Provides insight and recommendations on project management best practices, researching tools or solutions, creating standard artifacts, and developing process improvements Actively supports strategic alignment across the organization by fostering collaboration, communication, and coordination among internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external partners or vendors This job description is subject to change without notice. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, agriculture or related field 3-5 years of related experience Certifications preferred, but not required: PMP CAPM Scrum Master Product Owner Other Agile Methodology Certifications Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job Knowledge Planning and coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders Knowledge of system development processes and tools Organizing material and information in a systematic way to optimize efficiency Working with external technology vendors Communicating objectives, delegating responsibility and monitoring performance Listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find resolution Preparing and reviewing complex, detailed project plans and specifications in an accurate and thorough manner Exceptional oral and written communication skills, sufficient to exchange information effectively at all levels of the organization, and with external stakeholders or vendors. Analyzing problems and recommending appropriate solutions Change management methodologies and effective change management execution within a program or project Appropriately protecting the confidentiality, security, and integrity of company systems and data. The typical base range for this role is between $78,000 - $120,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
