Brand Strategy & Governance
- Own brand strategy, brand architecture, and long‑term brand roadmap aligned with Group and local business priorities.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent brand identity, messaging, and tone across all channels and stakeholders.
Integrated Brand Campaigns Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end development and execution of national brand campaigns, brand refresh programs, and thematic initiatives.
- Translate strategic direction into clear communication frameworks for mass, agency, internal, and partner audiences.
Performance & Budget Management
- Own brand budget planning, tracking, and optimization.
- Define and monitor brand KPIs (awareness, consideration, preference, brand health metrics).
Team Management:
- Lead and supervise the Brand team to ensure quality execution.
- Build and grow the team by identifying strengths and improvement areas, supporting career aspirations.
- Create a trusting and transparent team environment that encourages growth and idea sharing.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage and align with key stakeholders to ensure objectives and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with media teams for effective social and other media channel strategies.
Market and Customer Insight:
- Understand customer segmentation and develop tailored propositions.
- Research and evaluate new product opportunities and customer needs to create relevant propositions.
- Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Agility and Adaptability:
Maintain an agile mindset, adapting to fast changes and balancing immediate priorities with future implications.
Job Accountability
- Translate business, customer, and market insights into clear brand strategy, propositions, and IMC plans.
- Lead development and end‑to‑end execution of brand campaigns and key initiatives.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency of brand identity, messaging, and tone.
- Oversee creative, content, and channel execution to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Align and manage cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
- Leverage customer insights and segmentation to shape relevant brand narratives.
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve impact and ROI.
- Lead and manage agency partners to ensure strategic and execution excellence.
- Maintain agility in planning, balancing immediate priorities with long‑term brand goals.
- Develop team capability and strengthen brand discipline across the organization.
Job Requirement
· At least 8 years of experience in similar role in agency or client side is required
· Hands-on experience with IMC campaigns from concept development to deployment platforms
· An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
· Excellent multitasking skills, open-minded, self-motivation, be able to work under stress deadlines or multi-projects with same deadline.
· Business driven mindset
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
BSs degree in Marketing, Multi-media or relevant filed
